Reassign a card

Reassign a card:

Applies to: 
All customers who would like to reassign a card from one user to another.

Steps to Reassign: 

1. Open the Mobilo Card mobile app and tap the card section in the bottom menu (it's the third icon from the right)​.

2. Click the settings icon on the card (it look likes a gear) and select ‘reassign’.

3. Fill out the information of the person you want to assign the card to.

4. Switch the setting for "send user login instructions" on/off if you want this person to receive an email with access to their own account​.

5. Switch the setting for "add user to admin panel" on/off if you want to continue to manage this card through your account.

6. Click reassign.
