Log Into Your Mobilo Portal

Reset Password

Applies to: 
All customers who are having trouble logging into their Mobilo Design or Account portal. 

The email you added to your card during card configuration is the email you will use when logging into your account.

Step 1

1. Go to the portal link: or 

2. Click the LOG IN button

3. Click on the small text "reset my password"

4. Fill in your email address 

5. Click YES

Step 2

You will get an email with a link to reset your password. Check your spam/junk folder if you do not see in your main inbox folder.
