All customers who are having trouble logging into their Mobilo Design or Account portal.

1. Go to the following link: https://app.mobilocard.com
Step 1
1. Go to the portal link: https://app.mobilocard.com or https://order.mobilocard.com
2. Click the LOG IN button
3. Click on the small text "reset my password"
4. Fill in your email address
5. Click YES
Step 2
You will get an email with a link to reset your password. Check your spam/junk folder if you do not see in your main inbox folder.
